Previously, Thibert worked with various investment banks specializing in the small and mid-cap segment. He notably participated in various transactions with investment funds (Eurazeo, Tikehau Capital, UI Investissement, Arkea Capital, etc.) and large groups (ASN, CBRE, etc.) in their build-up strategies.
After joining Clearwater International within the Origination division, he decided to offer a business intelligence consulting service around strategic mergers and acquisitions.
Thibert is also an M&A Operation Expert for the French investment fund Naxicap Partners.

Sarah Lopez
Vice-President
After more than two years at Morgan Stanley in the M&A team dedicated to the industrial sector (6 transactions completed), Sarah joins Origination as Vice President.
Previously, she notably participated in private debt files at Amundi and contributed to investment in deeptech start-ups at Polytechnique Ventures. Franco-Spanish, Sarah is a graduate of the École Polytechnique and holds a Master's degree in Finance from ESSEC.

Elise Barbereau
Vice-President
Elise joined Origination as an Analyst. She developed expertise within specialized Private Equity funds at Astorg and in M&A at JP Morgan, where she focused on the industrial and healthcare sectors.
She has been involved in acquisition missions with medium and large French and international companies, bringing her know-how in business origination and execution of strategic transactions. Franco-Korean, Elise holds a Master's degree in Finance from ESCP, which gives her an international approach and a sharp eye within the Origination teams.

Antoine Rougier
Associate
Antoine joined Origination as an analyst after working at the investment bank Edmond de Rothschild, where he specialized in business origination and mergers and acquisitions for small and medium-sized companies. Antoine has been involved in acquisition missions for medium and large French companies, particularly in the industrial and business services sectors. Antoine holds a Master's degree in Asset Management and Investment Banking from EDHEC Business School.

Simona Matovic
Analyst
A graduate of ESCP's Master's in Finance, Simona completed several internships, allowing her to experience private equity and financial consulting.
She first worked at Quilvest, where she participated in the analysis of investment opportunities and portfolio monitoring. She then joined EY in Transaction Services, developing her skills in financial due diligence and modeling. This experience gave her a deep understanding of the financial and strategic issues related to transactions, as well as the ability to thrive in demanding and international environments.

François Ribadeau Dumas
Analyst
A graduate of Arts et Métiers, François moved into finance by following a course at the École de Guerre Économique. He then strengthened his experience by joining a start-up as the CEO's right-hand man, where he participated in the company's strategic and operational development. This career path allowed him to combine high-level technical training with a detailed understanding of financial and entrepreneurial issues, as well as an ability to evolve in dynamic and demanding environments.
